Short story - many years ago, I had somebody do a quick survey of my top clients to find out what they found valuable in our work together - why they liked working with me. The one thing that really stuck with me is that they liked that I read a lot and shared what I learned with them. So, years later, I decided to share these resources with a broader audience.
